A grade 3/4 corneal ulcer in the infero-external quadrant of a 5-year-old Persian cat, progressing for 12 days, as evidenced by advanced superficial neovascularization.

Since surgical management was not preferred, medical treatment was initiated, including gentamicin eye drops, NAC eye drops, and atropine eye drops.
